Evidence Supplies

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) office FBI-JEH intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the procurement of specific evidence supplies. The required items include 9”x 16” and 12”x 16” vapor barrier heat-sealable evidence bags along with custom red 1 3/8” x 108’ tamper-resistant evidence tape. This requirement is classified under NAICS 459999, All Other Miscellaneous Retailers, and PSC 8145, Specialized Shipping and Storage Containers. Performance will take place in Cheverly, Maryland.

This acquisition is designated as an SBA Total Small Business Set-Aside for vendors meeting the $11,500,000 size standard. Under solicitation number PR-001765, the government may solicit quotations directly from suppliers for this requirement at or below the simplified acquisition threshold. The formal RFQ is expected to be issued on or around May 19, 2026. Interested parties must submit their responses by the deadline of May 18, 2026.
