The Proposal Due Date has been extended to Friday, June 30, 2023 3:00 P.M. CT. *Amendment 0001:The purpose of this amendment is to revise Section L.5. (L.5.1) and incorporate a Questions and Answers attachment. The Proposal Due Date remains as Friday, June 23, 2023 3:00 P.M. CT. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Enterprise Services Center (ESC) has a requirement for Financial Services. The FAA contemplates award of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Type contract with a 1-year base period and four (4) one-year option period if exercised. The SIR/RFP is set-aside for 8(a) businesses. Each offeror must submit a proposal in accordance with the instructions in Section L of the SIR/RFP. Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with Section M of the SIR/RFP. The Government intends to make one award from this Solicitation. This acquisition will utilize Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures. Award will be made to the Lowest-Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror deemed responsible and whose proposal is responsive to the solicitation requirements. Proposals are due no later than 3:00 p.m. (Central Time Zone), June 23, 2023, and must be electronically submitted to the Contracting Officer, Stephanie Riddle at [email protected]. The following information must be listed in the subject line of the email proposal: "6973GH-23-R-00147 - Your Company Name". If all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's proposal, the offeror's proposal may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for contract award. All questions pertaining to this SIR/RFPmust be submitted in writing NO LATER THAN 1:00 PM CT, June 7, 2023, to allow adequate time to answer and publish on the System for Award Management (SAM).
