Original Description

1. This acquisition will be solicited full and open. Offerors shall comply with local laws to conduct business in Korea. 2. This procurement shall utilize Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Procedures issuing one solicitation with the intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), and Indefinite- Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) combination contract for facility related services contract for the project entitled Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping Facility Support Contract (FSC) at COMFLEACT Chinhae?. 3. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide the services at Commander, Fleet Activities Chinhae, South Korea combination FFP and IDIQ. The Contractor shall provide experienced, qualified, and capable personnel to perform the work in this contract. Personnel shall be fully knowledgeable of all safety and environmental requirements associated with the work they perform. Competent personnel shall be provided as required. Personnel shall speak, read, and comprehend English and/or Korean to the extent that they can perform the contract requirements and comply with installation emergency procedures. 4.
