The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, located in Pekin, Illinois is issuing solicitation 15B41122Q00000011 for the provision Optometry Services to be performed at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) in Pekin, Illinois. The services will be provided to individuals who are under the custody and care of the Federal Bureau of Prisons within a secure correctional environment. The contract will consist of a base year plus four options year periods with 192 sessions per year. The contract type will be an indefinite delivery/requirement type contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government.
