N--Provide Replacement of Video Surveillance System

The National Park Service (NPS) is seeking proposals to replace the video surveillance system at the Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historical Park (MALU) in Atlanta, Georgia. This project is a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside under a firm-fixed-price contract. The scope includes replacing cameras, pathways, and cabling across several park areas, such as the Visitor Center, Parking Lot, Maintenance facility, Auburn East/West, and the King Family Home. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, and engineering to install a modern Electronic Security System (ESS) featuring multi-imager PTZ, fixed dome, and panoramic cameras. Network connectivity will rely on redundant fiber and wireless backhaul. Because the work occurs in a National Historical Park, the contractor must follow strict preservation guidelines, including color-matching exterior equipment to building facades and avoiding surface-mounted cabling in finished areas. Three amendments have been issued to extend the deadline and provide technical clarifications. Proposals are due by June 5, 2026, and the project has a 365-day performance period starting June 15, 2026. The scope includes removing old hardware and designing, installing, and testing new cameras, network infrastructure, and video management software. Detailed technical specifications and 53 construction drawings guide the placement and field of view for all devices.
