Special Notice - FY25 Show Services

The CISA Contracting Activity, a component of the Office of Procurement Operations, has issued this special notice under solicitation number PCCA-26-00051 for show services during Fiscal Year 2026. This requirement is a sole-source procurement intended for Sustainable Exhibits Management Group Inc. in accordance with RFO 12.102, as they are identified as the only source reasonably available to fulfill the mandate. The acquisition is classified under NAICS 561920: Convention and Trade Show Organizers and PSC E1AB: PURCHASE OF CONFERENCE SPACE AND FACILITIES. The objective of this requirement is to provide comprehensive show services at multiple conferences, including electrical, materials, material handling, company identification signage, standard pipe-and-draps layouts, perimeter security, furniture, and general illumination. CISA owns three exhibit booths—two measuring 400 square feet and one measuring 600 square feet—which the vendor will manage. The scope of work includes shipping exhibit crates from storage to various conference locations, performing installation and dismantling, and providing return shipping to storage or subsequent venues. The vendor is also responsible for booth maintenance, including minor repairs and the replacement of carpet and flooring at regular intervals to ensure the assets remain presentable.
