Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Title and Closing Service USDA NRCS New Hampshire (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial servicesprepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additionalinformation included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposalsare being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation number 12FPC424Q0080 is issued as a Request for quotation (RFQ) , and theacquisition procedures at FAR Part 13, are being utilized. The Government anticipates thissolicitation will result in a Five (5) Year Firm-Fixed Priced Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), tothe responsible Contractor(s) whose quote conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the government. The Government reserves the right not to award any BPA under thissolicitation. The estimated award date of the BPA is on or around August 1, 2024. The governmentwill be obligated only to the extent of authorized BPA call orders placed against the resultingBPA(s) and does not guarantee any orders. The government will make awards without negotiationsusing pricing set forth in the resultant BPAs awarded. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effectthrough Federal Acquisition Circular Number FAC 2024-05 effective May 22, 2024, and can be found athttps://www.acquisition.gov under the current FAR section.
