A Sources Sought Notice, PANORL-26-P-0000-026421, was posted to SAM.gov posted on 17 Mar 2026 and amended on 18 Mar 2026. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A SOLICITATION, REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, OR A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. A solicitation package will not be issued, and requests for copies of a solicitation will not be honored or acknowledged.
However, the Government will consider all responses received within 5 days of the publication of this notice. Firms who want to challenge the sole-source determination must submit an interest letter that clearly demonstrates their firm's ability to meet all original OEM specifications without requiring reverse-engineering or causing unacceptable mission delays.
Information received in response to this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement in the future is in the best interest of the Government.
