THAAD Product Support Contract-Small Business (TPSC-SB)

The Missile Defense Agency awarded a $47,457,037 competitive cost-plus-fixed-fee contract, HQ0853-26-C-E004, to ITC Defense Corp for system support of the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Weapon system. This award resulted from a solicitation that received four proposals and was designated as an SBA (SBA) set-aside. The contract is classified under NAICS 541330 for Engineering Services and PSC J014 for MAINT/REPAIR/REBUILD OF EQUIPMENT- GUIDED MISSILES. At the time of award, $4,906,565 in Fiscal 2026 Operations and Maintenance funds were obligated for the initial effort.

The contractor will provide comprehensive support services, including maintenance and supply support; training and training support; and limited missile support. The scope further includes packaging, handling, storage, and transportation, as well as forward stationing for theater support. Performance will take place at Fort Bliss and Fort Hood, Texas; Guam; Redstone Arsenal, Alabama; and various locations across the Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM). The performance period is scheduled to run from August 2026 through August 2031, overseen by the Missile Defense Agency contracting activity in Huntsville, Alabama.
