SET-ASIDE: This Procurement is a 100% set aside for TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS Interest. The NAICS code applicable to this requirement is 238210 Electrical Contractors and other Wiring Installation Contractors. The business size standard for this NAICS is $15 million. OVERVIEW: The FAA contemplates a multiple award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract in the Electrical Construction trade (NAICS 236210 Size Standard $15M). Contract performance period is contemplated at a 1-year base performance period and (4) four one-year option periods to be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government. IDIQ Task orders will be placed against the multiple award contracts to fund projects throughout the year. Task Orders issued under this multiple award IDIQ contract can range from $1,000 to $750,000 each. It is estimated that over $9 million in electrical construction task orders will be issued over the course of the entire contract period to include all option years. ZIP Code: 73169 GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION of OFFEROR: Due to Frequency, Urgency, Response Time, Meetings, and Site Visits needed for Individual Task Order response and completion the Offerors Geographic Location is a Selection Factor. SEED PROJECT: The Seed Project is an actual project and the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror will construct the project per the project documents via task order. See Section L & M of SIR/RFO 6973GH-18-R-00098. NOTICE: Your attention is directed to Sections L and M of SIR/RFO 6973GH-18-R-00098 for instructions for preparation and format for submission of proposals. The SIR includes an evaluation of past performance. Offerors are required to provide Past Performance Surveys to customers/clients who are familiar with the work demonstrated through previous or ongoing contracts of a similar nature. A minimum of three (3), but no more than five (5) projects will be submitted. Each Project provided must be valued at or over $50,000. Only projects underway or completed within the last three (3) years will be considered. The Past Performance Surveys will be returned directly to the Contracting Office. Surveys must be received no later than the closing date of this solicitation. Offerors are responsible for ensuring their references transmit a survey directly to the Contracting Office by the required due date. Offerors shall give customers/clients sufficient time (recommended seven (7) days) to respond to surveys and submit to Contracting Office prior to due date. Surveys received after the established due date may not be evaluated. Offerors will complete Pages 1 and 2 of the Past Performance Surveys and then provide the surveys to their customers, who will in turn complete Part 3 & 4 and return the surveys directly to the Contracting Officer by the due date specified on the surveys. The FAA will not be held responsible for those Offeror's customers who refuse to respond or provide past performance information. Note: It is the responsibility of the Offeror to follow-up to make certain the surveys have been returned to the Contracting Officer by the due date.MM SITE VISIT: A pre-proposal conference/site visit will be held on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at 10 a.m. (CT) at the Security Command Center, room 108, at the MMAC, Oklahoma City, OK.
