Maintenance of Natural Gas Pipeline

Sierra Army Depot located in Herlong, California has a requirement for a contractor to maintain the natural gas pipeline in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) minimum federal safety standards for the Pipeline at 49 CFR 192, Transportation of Natural Gas and Other Gas by Pipeline. The Army intends to award one Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract with three one-year ordering periods and will include maintenance, standard and emergency repairs and additional work/installation services. This procurement will be a 100% set-aside for small businesses. The applicable NAICS 486210, the small business standard is $30M. This solicitation will be conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR part 12 and 13. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. It is incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the website in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in rejection of same.
