Green Mountain National Forest - Rochester and Middlebury Ranger District Recreation Site Toilet Pumping

The Forest Service is soliciting toilet pumping services for recreation sites within the Rochester and Middlebury Ranger Districts of the Green Mountain National Forest under solicitation number 12444326Q0016. The scope of work involves pumping solid and liquid waste from toilet vaults and transferring the waste to a disposal facility in accordance with all state and federal regulations. Following the removal of waste, contractors are required to add 100 gallons of water back into each vault.
