Green Mountain National Forest - Rochester and Middlebury Ranger District Recreation Site Toilet Pumping

The Forest Service is soliciting services to pump solid and liquid waste from toilet vaults within the Rochester and Middlebury Ranger Districts of the Green Mountain National Forest. The scope of work includes the removal of waste, the addition of 100 gallons of water to each vault following pumping, and the transfer of waste to a disposal facility in compliance with state and federal regulations. This procurement is designated as an SBA Small Business Administration set-aside under NAICS code 562991 for Septic Tank and Related Services and PSC M1ND for Operation of Sewage and Waste Facilities.

The contract structure consists of a base year and two option years, with all pumping and water addition activities scheduled to occur annually between October 1st and November 15th. Primary performance will take place in Rochester, Vermont.
