Transcription Services

On July 11, 2018, the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) awarded seven contracts that will provide transcription services in support of DOJ's Executive Office for Immigration Review. Doing Business As: Diaz Transcription Services 3601 Green Street Harrisburg, PA 17110-1539 15JPSS18D00000100 eScribers, LLC. 7227 N 16th Street, Suite 207 Phoenix, AZ 85020-5283 15JPSS18D00000101 Free State Reporting, Inc. 1378 Cape Street Claire Road Annapolis, MD 21409-5325 15JPSS18D00000102 Heritage Reporting Corp. 1220 L Street, NW, Suite 206 Washington, DC 20005-4018 15JPSS18D00000103 York Stenographic Services, Inc. 34 N George Street York, PA 17401-1266 The Contractor shall furnish all resources necessary to deliver typed transcripts of Government-owned recordings of immigration hearings on an as-ordered basis in: 1) hard copy; 2) electronic format; or 3) both hard copy and electronic format. Each contract includes a base period of performance of 12 months with four additional option periods of 12 months each for a potential period of performance of five years. The maximum aggregate amount of all task orders issued under all seven contracts will not exceed $66,000,000 for the entire term of the contracts, including all options which may be exercised.
