The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to perform thermographic inspections to identify heat anomalies, potential equipment failures, and ineiciencies. Services include use of certified personnel, calibrated equipment, and delivery of a detailed report with findings and recommended corrective actions. The anticipated period of performance is 45 calendar days from date of contract award. The basis for award will be the Lowest Priced Offeror. All Offerors must quote on all items to be eligible for award.
Quotes are due no later than 1 June 2026 at 11:00 AM, Central Standard Time (CST). (E-mail submissions must be checked and determined to be “virus-free” prior to submission.) The Government requires that quotes remain valid for 60 calendar days from the date of submission.
