Amendment 2 has been posted to incorporate site visit guidance regarding the number of allowed participants and COVID-19. Site Visit participants should follow CDC guidelines for COVID-19. Only two participants from each organization will be allowed to attend the site visit. Amendment 3 has been posted to 1) Change the guaranteed minimum for this requirement from $10,000.00 to $5,000.00 and is applicable ONLY to the first year of the three year ordering period, 2) Incorporate a revised Attachment 1A - Notional Seed Project Drawings and Attachment 1B - Notional Seed Project Specifications, 3) Incorporate Attachment 5 - Notional Seed Project SOW, 4) Remove language in Section L.2. Proposal Content - Volume II Technical Volume subparagraph 3. (b) Subfactor 2 - This factor does not include a design component within the Notional Seed Project as the design phase is 100 percent complete, and 5) Extend the submittal of technical questions after Site Visit to COB Tuesday, 19 January 2021 Amendment 4 has been posted to extend proposal submission deadline date from 28 January 2021 to 4 February 2021 to allow the Government to provide answers to all questions from the Request for Information (RFI). The Government's answers to the RFIs will be posted in the next Solicitation Amendment. Amendment 5has been postedto1) Extend proposal submission deadline date from 4 February 2021 to 25 February 2021 to allow the Government to incorporate revisions to the Solicitation documents and provide answers to all questions from the Request for Information (RFI) in the upcoming Solicitation Amendment. The Government's answers to the RFIs will be posted in the next Solicitation Amendment and 2) To change the offerors proposal submission from DOD SAFE ACCESS EXCHANGE (SAFE) to EMAIL ONLY directly to the Contracting Officer: A. Amendment 6 has been posted to 1) Incorporate revisions and additions to the Solicitation and Statement of Work (Section C) based on the questions and responses from the Government. 2) Attachment 2 - Pricing Schedule has been revised. 3) Attachment 4 - MA IDIQ CAP Rates has been revised. 4) Attachment 6 - Utility Map has been added and 5) Excel Spreadsheet has been uploaded to post answers to the RFI from Industry. All changes are highlighted in RED. Conformed Copy is uploaded to the Attachments. Amendment 7 has been posted to 1) Extend proposal submission deadline date from 25 February 2021 to 4 March 2021 to allow industry to acknowledge RFI Government Responses and adjust proposals as applicable. Attachment 8 has been posted to 1) Provide a revised Excel Spreadsheet with clarification questions and responses from the Government (highlighted in RED) and 2) Attachment 1A - Notional Seed Project Drawings has been revised. The Government will not accept any more questions from industry.
