DTRA RD Program Management Support (PMS) A&AS RFI

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) is conducting market research to identify industry capabilities and determine an effective acquisition strategy for the Research and Development (RD) Program Management Support (PMS) Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) requirements. Through this Sources Sought notice, the agency seeks to gather feedback on industry practices, assess market conditions, and promote small business participation and innovation. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued under solicitation number HDTRA1-25-RFI-0045 and is intended for planning purposes only.

Responses to this inquiry are due by January 17, 2025, and will support the agency’s effort to refine its approach for securing technical excellence in RD program management.
