Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support Philadelphia has a requirement for the Life Preserver Vest listed under NSN 4220-01-584-9051. This procurement will be an unrestricted procurement with F.O.B. Destination to Defense Distribution Centers located throughout the Continental United States (CONUS). Inspection and Acceptance will take place at Origin. This item is non-competitive with Certificate of Quality Compliance and Product Verification Testing. This NSN cites Switlik Parachute Company (cage code 78673), part number S-2450-2, as the designated OEM for this item. Note 12 and 26 applies for this item. The required delivery schedule will be 180 days. The annual estimated quantity per delivery order, minimum quantity per delivery order and the maximum quantity per delivery order are as follows: AEQ - 1,027 MIN - 150 MAX - 2,100 Please note that the annual estimates may be revised at the time of the solicitation to provide the most accurate and up to date information possible.
