69--Provide ILR/OPI trained language experts to conduct telephonic Oral Proficiency Interviews (OPIs) for up to seventy-five (75) languages

1. The Government intends to award a single Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract from this solicitation for the Defense Language Institute (DLI) located Presidio of Monterey, California. The IDIQ contract will have a contract period of 1 March 2010 through 28 February 2011. 2. The Scope of Work under this Services IDIQ contract will be for the successful offeror (Contractor) to provide ILR/OPI trained language experts to conduct telephonic Oral Proficiency Interviews (OPIs) for up to seventy-five (75) languages. Each OPI will be scored asynchronously by two OPI raters. 3. Projects will be executed through the issuance of future task orders under the terms of this contract. 4. Prior to a contractor receiving an award as a result of this solicitation, you must be registered and have an active, valid registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DOD Central Registration Database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number.
