The purpose of this amendment (M0068120Q00350002) is to answer offerors questions; update the Performance Work Statement (PWS); incorporate FAR Provision 52.204-24 (REPRESENTATION REGARDING CERTAIN TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SERVICES OR EQUIPMENT (AUG 2020)) by full text instead of by reference; incorporate FAR 52.225-1 (Buy Amercan--Supplies (MAY 2014)) by reference into this solicitation under the omnibus FAR Clause 52.212-5; andincorporate RFQ Attachment 3 (SWRFT COPARS FY19 Fast Moving Parts into the solicitation. As a result, the quote due date and timehas beenextended to Tuesday, 01 September 2020, no later than (NLT) 1:00PM PDT. The purpose of this amendment (M0068120Q00350001) is toprovide notice to potential offerors that an individual Nonmanufacturer Rule (NMR) waiver has been granted by the SBA for Solictation # M00681-20-Q-0035. As a result of this notification and pursuant to CFR 121.1206 , the proposal due date for the Solictation # M00681-20-Q-0035 has been extended to Monday, August 31, 2020,no laterthan (NLT)10:00AM PDT. The purpose of this requirement is to provide repair parts, replacement components, supplies, materials, equipment and services for automotive, forklifts, heavy equipment, material handling, construction, and civil engineering via a staffed or unstaffed on-site parts store or contractor owned consignment inventory, on-demand delivery service, or a combination of two or more methods. This effort supports the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Southwest Region Transportation Fleet (SWRFT), which consist of seven (7) sites throughout California and Yuma, Arizona. SWRFT is responsible for the management, readiness, and operational support of vehicles and equipment that support Marine Corps installation commanders and tenant activities located in the Southwestern United States. The SWRFT consists of sites at Marine Corps Base (MCB), Camp Pendleton; Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Miramar, San Diego; Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD), San Diego; Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC) Twenty-nine Palms; Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB), Barstow; Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center (MWTC), Bridgeport; and Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Yuma, AZ.
