The due date for proposals is not extended. ************************************************** Initial Announcement Posted on 08/19/2016: (1) INTRODUCTION: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) William J. Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC) at the Atlantic City International Airport, NJ has a requirement for Aircraft Maintenance Services for the Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) Part 145 Repair Station operated by the R&D Flight Program. (2) ANTICIPATED CONTRACT: The FAA plans to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Time and Material (T&M) contract with a period of performance not to exceed 60 months utilizing best value, trade-off procedures. (3) SET-ASIDE & NAICS CODE: This procurement is not set-aside for small business concerns. This SIR is available for full and open competition. The NAICS code for this requirement is 488190 - Other Support Activities for Air Transportation. (4) STANDARD LANGUAGE: This Solicitation is a Request for Offer (RFO), and an awarded contract may result from proposals submitted in response to this announcement. The Government will not be liable for any costs associated with the submittal of a response to this SIR. (5) DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS: Responses to this SIR are due to the Contracting Officer via email at [email protected] by 1PM (EST) on September 19, 2016. Late proposals will not be considered. All questions must be emailed to [email protected] by 1PM (EST) on August 30, 2016. (6) INCUMBENT CONTRACTOR: These services are currently being performed under Contract No. DTFACT-12-D-00002 by M1 Support Services located at 300 N. Carroll Blvd in Denton, TX 76201.
