FIRST Initiative Specialized Support Services

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The Government seeks to obtain subject matter experts to develop specialized training materials; engage with foreign government officials to provide training on acute proliferation and nuclear security risks and risk mitigation best practices, procedures and policies; and support the prioritization of proliferation resistance in civil nuclear programs. The Government will award one indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) with a Period of Performance of one (1) base and four (4) option periods. Questions relating to the solicitation details are due by 21June 2021, 10:00 AM EST. Proposals are due by 16 July 2021, 3:00 PM EST. This acquisition is under full and open procedures. Amendment 0001 is issued to provide responses to submitted questions regarding the solicitation. Proposals due date is extended to 26 July 2021, 1500 Eastern Standard Time.
