The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment for the Special Housing Unit Inmate Duress Systems at FCC Oakdale, Louisiana. The Contractor shall provide all necessary services, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to procure, install, configure, test, and commission two (2) Independent Inmate Duress Systems (IDS) within (2) Special Housing Units (SHU) FCI I & FCI II. The purpose of this project is to enhance safety, security, and emergency response capabilities by providing inmates with a secure means of signaling distress, while ensuring staff receive immediate notification through dedicated monitoring systems. Each SHU facility shall receive a fully independent duress system consisting of a total combined installation of 182 duress button locations across both institutions. Systems shall be wired, secure, tamper-resistant, and compliant with all applicable federal, Bureau of Prisons (BOP), and industry standards.
