All suits will be filed in the State Court for the County where the security property is located, unless specifically directed otherwise. This work is to be performed on cases throughout the State of North Carolina. The USDA, Rural Development (RD) anticipates establishing multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) under this solicitation, in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
