REMARKS: Simplified Acquisition Procedures are being utilized as authorized under FAR subpart 13.5. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. This acquisition is for an Indefinite Quantity, Fixed Price contract. FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The proposed procurement is for a 5-year base period.
