Lighting Fixture

DLA Troop Support is considering an acquisition for NSN: 6210-01-552-7806, Fixture, Lighting for a long-term contract with a one (1) year base period and four (4) one (1) year options. There are two approved sources, HDT Expeditionary Systems, Inc (92878) P/N H300000 and Phantom Products, Inc. (3WQN8) P/N PTOC2-120A. The Annual Estimated Quantity is 902 each. This acquisition is for FOB Destination deliveries with material being delivered to Stock Depots in Red River, TX. The required delivery schedule will be 75 days. Pricing will be submitted for the base year only. An EPA will be applied to the option years. Only FOB Destination pricing will be acceptable. This procurement will be Unrestricted. Please note that the annual estimates may be revised at the time of the solicitation to provide the most accurate and up to date information possible. Once issued, the solicitation will be posted on DIBBS, https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. The solicitation issue date will be on or around 12/04/2017, and the closing date will be on or around 01/03/2018. All responsible sources will then be able to submit a proposal which shall be considered by DLA Troop Support. The Government is planning to award to the responsible offeror who meets the solicitation requirements at a fair and reasonable price. The official technical requirements will be included in any solicitation. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
