MISO 2021 - Electricity - Solicitation - A0003

This is a SOLICITATION for commercial items. Refer to the attachments in this posting for more information. The Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy) isissuing solicitation SPE60421R0401 for the supply of electricity and any ancillary services to be delivered to various Department of Defense installations and Federal Civilian agency facilities located in the state of Illinois and within the Midcontinent Independent System Operator, Inc. (MISO) market area. The Government is soliciting offers for a 24-month delivery period (beginning with meter read occurring in the month of May 2021 through the meter read occurring in the month of May 2023) for four contract line items. The total estimated quantity is 264,525,696 kWhs. The contract(s) awarded will be Firm-Fixed-Price, Requirement Type. The solicitationis being issuedas a Request For Proposal. Additional requirements may be added by amendment to the solicitation. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a responsive and complete proposal. The proposed contract action will be made to an offeror, who, at the time of award, is on the state approved list of Retail Electric Providers in the states in which the award is to be made. No proposed award will be made to an offeror who appears on the Office of Foreign Assets Control- Specially Designated National (SDN) List, the Industry & Security- Denied Persons List (DPL), Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information System (FAPIIS), and/or Excluded Parties List System (EPLS). One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.
