Camp Natural Bridge Griddles

The Mission Installation Contracting Command at Fort Drum (MICC-FT DRUM) issued this combined synopsis and solicitation under solicitation number W911S226U3201 for the procurement of heavy-duty propane gas griddles. This requirement is a total small business set-aside (SBA) classified under NAICS 333241, Food Product Machinery Manufacturing, and PSC 7310, Food Cooking, Baking, and Serving Equipment. The scope of work includes the delivery of the new units to West Point, New York, the removal of existing griddles from the first floor of the facility, and the installation and startup of the new equipment.

The requested griddles must feature stainless steel construction with a fully welded chassis frame, a one-inch thick polished steel plate, and 27,000 BTU/hr U-shaped aluminized steel burners for every 12 inches of width.
