The Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) issued a pre-solicitation notice, identified by solicitation number W912CH26R0091, announcing its intent to award a sole-source service contract to BAE Systems. This requirement supports the Ukraine Management Office (UMO) through the Advanced Mechanic Institute 2.0 (AMI 2.0) program.
