NORTHWEST MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (NW MACC)

Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Northwest awarded a series of indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contracts under solicitation N4425521R4000 for design-build and design-bid-build construction services. The scope of work includes projects for administrative and industrial facilities, housing renovations, child care centers, lodges, recreation and fitness centers, retail complexes, warehouses, and community centers. Primary performance occurs within the NAVFAC Northwest areas of responsibility, covering Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Alaska, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Wyoming. These contractors will provide construction and renovation services for various manufacturing, industrial, and institutional buildings across the designated regional AOR.
