Commercial Laundry Equipment & Service

These funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs.

A solicitation for this requirement does not currently exist. The decision to solicit for a contract will be solely within the Government/NAFI's discretion. Any information submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought is voluntary and will be used for market research. The Government/NAFI will not reimburse any costs associated with the submission of information in response to this notice.

1. Submission Requirements

All interested firms shall submit a response to the Primary Points of Contact, Ms. Amanda Hoyng at [email protected] and Ms. Ally Peterangelo at [email protected] demonstrating their capability to provide Commercial Laundry Equipment & Service that meets all of the minimum requirements outlined in the attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW).

Firms that respond shall review the technical requirements and submit responses that:

• • Specify that offered products/services meet the specifications provided; and
• • Provide detailed information to show clear technical compliance.

1. Capabilities Package Guidelines

All interested firms shall submit a capabilities package that explicitly demonstrates their capability to provide the required supply/service. The capabilities package should be brief and concise, yet clearly demonstrate an ability to meet the stated requirements.

• • Page Limit: The response must not exceed five (5) pages.
  • Submission Deadline: NO LATER THAN 11 June 2026 AT 2:00 PM EASTERN TIME.

Subject Line: All correspondence sent via email shall contain a subject line that reads: Commercial Laundry Equipment & Service.

Technical Constraints on Email Submissions:

• • The entire submission must be contained in a single e-mail that does not exceed 5 megabytes, including attachments.
  • Ensure only .pdf, .doc, .docx, .xlsx or .xls documents are attached to your email.
  • Attachments with files ending in .zip or .exe are not allowable and will be deleted by email filters at WPAFB.
