Pre-Solicitation Synopsis: Contract Modification OY3-OY4 Design Agent Engineering Support

The U.S. Secret Service and Naval Sea Systems Command intend to issue a sole-source contract modification to Lockheed Martin for continued Design Agent Engineering support for the Surface Electronic Warfare Improvement Program (SEWIP) AN/SLQ-32(V)6 Electronic Warfare subsystem. This proposed action, identified under solicitation number N00024-24-C-5510-P000XX, increases the ceiling on Option Year 3 and Option Year 4 Level of Effort Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee and Cost-only line items. Performance will take place in Liverpool, New York, to ensure uninterrupted engineering support for Block 2 subsystems.

The government intends to negotiate with Lockheed Martin under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B), as the incumbent is the only vendor capable of meeting the Navy’s schedule requirements for these option years.
