Stevedoring & Related Terminal Services - Zadar, Croatia

The purpose of this synopsis is to notify interested parties the USTRANSCOM Acquisition Directorate is issuing a solicitation for Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) at Zadar, Croatia. Services include providing all technical support, personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, materials in connection with the receipt, disposition, processing and loading/discharging of vessels at the seaport. The general scope of S&RTS services includes a full spectrum of handling surface moving cargo to include its receipt, disposition, warehousing, storage and processing cargo for simultaneous shipments via surface modes of transportation. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 488320. The Government anticipates issuing an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a period of performance from 1 April 2021 through 30 June 2021. The contract award is expected to support one operation during that period, most likely to be conducted through pier/berth #7. Award will be made on the basis of Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by USTRANSCOM/TCAQ.
