Concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to provide these repairs are invited to submit offers in accordance with the requirements stipulated in this solicitation and its’ attachments. All items shall be NEW approved items.
Offerors may schedule a site visit to evaluate the fuel truck for the purpose of preparing a quote specifically for the repair of the Engine Control Module (ECM), Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) cooler, and wheel seal. The site visit shall be scheduled and conducted at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the solicitation closing date. Offerors are responsible for coordinating the visit with the designated point of contact for ATC Mobile. The evaluation will allow offerors to assess the condition of the ECM, EGR cooler, and wheel seal, and determine the scope of repairs required. Quotes shall be based on findings from the site visit and submitted IAW solicitation instructions and Statement of Work.
