Each Offeror shall provide all‑inclusive pricing for all services and parts required for completion during the period of performance.
Evaluation Criteria:
NNSY will evaluate each Vendor’s proposal according to the following factors:
Factor 1: Technical Capability: The Government will assess the Offeror’s technical capability and proficiency to perform all tasks in the Statement of Work. Factor 2: Past Performance: The Government will evaluate the Offeror’s relevant past performance to determine its level of confidence in the Offeror’s ability to successfully perform the required services. Because this requirement involves service and maintenance, the Offeror must demonstrate experience performing work of similar scope, size, and complexity, including:
