Sheppard AFB Simplified Acquisition Base Engineering Requirements (SABER)

The Department of the Air Force is seeking a contractor for the Sheppard AFB Simplified Acquisition Base Engineering Requirements (SABER) program under solicitation number FA302025R0005. This requirement is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside. The resulting Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will facilitate various construction efforts, including real property maintenance, repair, alteration, and new construction. Work will be performed at Sheppard Air Force Base in Wichita County, Texas; the Sheppard AFB Recreation Annex in Whitesboro, Texas; and the Frederick Auxiliary Airfield in Frederick, Oklahoma.

Individual projects will be awarded as task orders, with the contractor providing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and personnel to manage and accomplish the work. Requirements involve NAICS 238990 All Other Specialty Trade Contractors and PSC Z2JZ Repair or Alteration of Miscellaneous Buildings. The contractor is required to maintain a management office on-site at Sheppard Air Force Base to oversee general operations associated with the contract.

The response deadline for this opportunity is June 23, 2025.
