TREE PLANTING SERVICES FOR ALABAMA FORESTS

The government WILL be delivering all longleaf and shortleaf pine seedlings for this contract. There will be 161 acres of planting in 8 units for FY23 on my two Districts. The maps are not attached. This is a combined synopsis/solicitationforcommercial productsorcommercial servicesprepared in accordance with the format insubpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the onlysolicitation; proposals are being requested and a writtensolicitationwill not be issued. This will be a Requirements contract, which will be awarded to a single Offeror to provide Tree Planting services throughout the National Forests in Alabama. Funding will be provided on each Task Order. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, supplies, and perform all work required to plant Longleaf pine containerized tree seedlings in accordance with specifications and provisions of the Contract. No materials, labor or equipment will be furnished by the Government unless specifically identified in the Government - Furnished Property Specification.
