The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport, is conducting market research through this sources sought notice to identify parties capable of replacing a roll-up door at a specific building. The current door, identified as asset number 7718-0-000-160A-60-1M, was installed in 1994 and has exceeded its service life expectancy. Because the door has split down the center and is unrepairable, a complete replacement is required to restore the asset.
To be eligible for a future award, contractors must maintain an approved Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) of Level X. The government will verify CMMC levels in the Supplier Performance Risk System after offers are submitted to ensure compliance with DFARS 204.75. Furthermore, all respondents must adhere to Operations Security (OPSEC) requirements and are prohibited from including any classified, controlled unclassified, or arms export-controlled information in their responses.
This market research effort is issued under solicitation number RFISS-170 and includes one attachment, a questionnaire for industry. Interested firms must submit the completed questionnaire to CPT John P Gathu via email no later than May 4, 2026. This notice is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a commitment by the government to issue a solicitation or pay for any information submitted.
