View moreThis announcement serves as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with RFO 12.102(a). As this is a brand‑name, single‑source solicitation, no additional written solicitation will be issued. This notice is published in accordance with RFO 6.1031(b) and the combined synopsis/solicitation procedures of FAR 12.603.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 326299, with a Small Business Size Standard of 650 employees.
This notice does not constitute a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties who believe they possess the capability to meet this requirement may submit a capability statement to Wesley Kuhlmann at [email protected] no later than 4:30 PM Eastern Time on May 26, 2025. The Government intends to award using procedures other than full and open competition, as only one responsible source is currently identified as capable of meeting the requirement.
Although this is a Notice of Intent, no solicitation is available currently. Firms that believe the Air Force should pursue a competitive procurement may submit a capability statement within five (5) days of this posting. Responses must include:
Late submissions will not be considered. Responses must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Air Force. The Government will determine, at its sole discretion, whether future competitive procurement is appropriate based on the information received.
