AC Packing and Crating Materials

The U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC-NJ), acting on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities and Development Command (DEVCOM) Armaments Center (AC) at Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey, is seeking packing and crating materials. This requirement is classified under NAICS 321920 Wood Container and Pallet Manufacturing and PSC 8115 Boxes, Cartons, and Crates. The government intends to competitively select and award multiple firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to fulfill these requirements in accordance with the specifications detailed in solicitation W15QKN24Q0019.

The solicitation period for this combined synopsis/solicitation was originally published on March 13, 2024, and has since been updated through seven amendments. These amendments served to provide nine sets of solicitation questions and answers, extend the response deadline, and update the response requirements located in the Section M Narrative.
