Pursuant to DFARS 204.75 an approved Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) of Level X (check for each requirement what level of CMMC is required) is required before a contractor can be considered for award. The contracting team will check each offeror's CMMC level in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) after offers have been submitted but prior to contract award. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport, is conducting market research through this sources sought notice, identified by solicitation number RFISS-168, to identify capable sources for the replacement of epoxy flooring. The project scope encompasses building rooms 127A, 128A, and a paint booth, requiring the contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment.
