The Department of the Army, Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Drum, is soliciting for the procurement of thermal vermiculite insulation under solicitation number W911S226U2921. Physical requirements include a bulk density between 5.5 and 8.0 lbs/ft³ and specific cumulative percent retention across U.S. Sieve Nos. 16, 50, and 100. Deliverables must include a Certificate of Conformance (COC), a Certificate of Analysis (COA), and a Safety Data Sheet (SDS). The COC and COA require MCAAP AO approval prior to contract award and must contain detailed manufacturer data, batch numbers, analytical results, and an authorized signature.

The projected delivery schedule consists of 15 installments of 24,750 lbs each. Deliveries are scheduled to begin on May 13, 2026, and continue at regular intervals through November 3, 2027.
