THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION NOTICE. This notice amends the contract award and public announcement notice posted on 13 January 2009 for solicitation number N6246706R0127 for the standard competition of Public Works Services performed at Naval Hospital, Beaufort, SC. A standard competition has been completed in accordance with Office of Management and Budget Circular A-76 (Revised), Performance of Commercial Activities, May 29, 2003. The incumbent service providers are 28 Department of Defense civilian government personnel positions. A performance decision for this standard competition was reached on December 4, 2008, which is the end date for this competition. The standard competition form indicates that a private sector service provider is the most cost effective source and a contract was awarded to Fidelity Technologies Corporation, 2501 Kutztown Road, Reading, PA. No performance under this contract will begin until any protests/contests have been resolved or the period for submitting contests or protests has expired.
