NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, Florida intends to award a small business set aside for Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business concern award utilizing Simplified Acquisitions Procedures, Small Business Programs, for a reoccurring requirement for the deliveries of bulk medical grade helium (HE), carbon dioxide (CO2) and the rental of a 2,000-liter CO2 micro-bulk storage tank with a telemetry unit. Delivery of these gases support the dive training and evaluation of more than 1,200 joint service students annually. This is a SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation WILL be posted on both SAM.GOV (http://www.SAM.gov) and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil). The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is N6883621Q0216. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2021-06 and DFARS Publication Notice 20210520. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
