Therefore, any items not specifically noted, but necessary for performance in accordance with accepted practices and industry standards, shall be furnished under this contract. The quantities under this contract are estimated and are not binding to the Government. Contractor will be paid for actual work performed. This contract is for one base period with 4 option years. Option Years are not guaranteed. Contractor's performance must be reviewed before the next year's options are exercised. Clarifications: The Government may reject any offer that is evaluated to be significantly not compliant with the solicitation requirements, unrealistically high or low in price, or reflects a failure to comprehend the complexity and risks of the work to be performed. The Government reserves the right to request such additional information as may be necessary to determine the offeror's qualifications for award of a contract or to clarify any aspects of the offer.
