The Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) is conducting market research to identify 8(a) Program-certified small businesses capable of providing comprehensive support services for the Product Manager Fire Support Systems (PdM FSS) and Product Manager Organic Precision Fires (OPF) portfolios. The required services encompass program management, systems engineering, life cycle logistics, and technical writing throughout all phases of the acquisition life cycle.
