Milk, Other Dairy Items, and Fruit Juices for Customers in the New Jersey Area

This is an unrestricted acquisition for Milk, Other Dairy Items, and Fruit Juices for customers in the New Jersey area.. These delivery points require indefinite quantities of Milk, Other Dairy Items, and Fruit Juices, and for delivery beginning September 27, 2009 and ending September 24, 2011. The contract period will be twenty-four (24) months. Prices will be fixed with a monthly Economic Price Adjustment for fluid milk items and all other prices will be firm fixed. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP). Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. If not already registered, prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to viewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF).
