This is a notice of intent to sole source a contract under the authority of RFO 6.103-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The contract is estimated for final completion by 06/15/2027. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334118: Computer Terminal and Other Computer Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The FSC/PSC is 7G21: IT And Telecom - Network: Digital Network Products (Hardware and Perpetual License Software). The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit and award a sole source, firm fixed price contract for the procurement of AutonoMe Hospital Environmental Control Unit to Accessibility Services Inc, 6241 S TEX PT, Homosassa, FL 34448-5923. If no responses are received, the Government will continue with its sole source procurement, and a sole source Request for Quote will be published to contract opportunities in accordance with FAR 5.102.
