Project Manager Close Combat Systems (PM-CCS) is pleased to announce the release of the Department of Defense Ordnance Technology Consortium (DOTC) Request for White Paper (RWP), RWP-26-13, for the WPN-26-003 requirement, "New Terrain Shaping Solution."
