Notice of intent to sole source Harris radio repair IDIQ contract

The United States Property and Fiscal Office for New York (USPFO-NY) issued this special notice of intent to award a firm-fixed-price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract on a sole source basis to Harris Corporation.
